Susan was my mentor/coach in Q1 of 2018. She guided me as I was transitioning from recently being laid off to re-entering the workforce after a 17-year tenure as a software developer. With her help, I gained the confidence that I needed to reach my goal of starting my own business in 2018. By 2019 I was well established in the Higher Education Consulting domain and I’m still going strong. Part of the reason I am where I am today is because of Susan and I would recommend her to anyone making a transition back into the workforce after a long tenure at one company or in one role.
